A very unhappy customer
I purchased three purses from this store—two pink and one white. The pink purses arrived in good condition and I was happy with them. Unfortunately, the white purse arrived damaged.
I tried to return the damaged purse the same day I received it, but the return process was extremely difficult. I went to the store in person and still wasn’t able to complete the return. After multiple attempts, it became so frustrating that I ended up keeping the damaged purse even though it wasn’t usable.
The quality of some of the items was fine, but the customer service and return process were very disappointing. A damaged item should be easy to return, especially on the same day it’s received. Because of this experience, I’m hesitant to shop here again.

Room but messy
The oversize of the bag is great, but I wish it had pockets on the inside of the bag to place glasses, cell phone, pens. I struggle with everything all jumbled inside; I prefer a more organized bag
