Poor customer service
I ordered this bag and it was shipped had a tracking number and all of the things. Days later checked on the bag (Monday) on its way. Thursday no bag, it was out of stock. What???? I have been buying Michael Kors since early 2000’s this is an absolute joke in how this all unfolded and no bag! I’m turned off from this and will not order anything for a very long time if not ever.

Nice and Spacious
I love this purse. I got it in pink, and I can fit so much stuff inside of it. It is very spacious. The outside is very structured, and I like that you can zip it close. It has one zippered pocket on the inside. I wish it was a side pouch to put my phone, but that is okay. It is also easy to keep clean. It was also a very good deal! I would recommend to buy it.
