Poor Packaging
Hello,
I received my order but I am very disappointed with the way it was packaged. The bag was placed inside just a plain cardboard box, with no protective wrapping, no Michael Kors paper bag, and no branded packaging. This makes the product look unlike an authentic Michael Kors item, and I am concerned it may not be genuine.
Please clarify if this is an authentic item. If not, I would like to request a refund or a replacement with a properly packaged, authentic item. Please advise on the next steps.

Thrilled with my new bag! I am especially pleased that the colour of the bag is the same as the ad. With other companies, there is often a colour variation when ordering an item over the internet. Perfect design and size.
