Concern About Lack of Packaging for Purchases
This is the second time we have purchased items from your store and were told that you had run out of bags to package our purchases. This is particularly disappointing because on the last two occasions, I purchased several handbags (four to five each time) as gifts, and the store did not have any bags or boxes available.
When purchasing items intended as gifts—especially handbags—proper packaging is an important part of the customer experience. Not having bags or boxes makes it inconvenient and reflects poorly on the store’s level of preparedness and service.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because this has now happened twice in a row, and I hope it can be addressed going forward. I enjoy your products, but this issue has made the experience frustrating and inconvenient.

Beautiful handbags at reasonable prices
I recently bought a Crossbody bag from Michael Kors. The bag is absolutely beautiful and currently meets my needs. I like the flexibility of having the pocketbook so close to my body over my shoulder, not having to use my arms to carry it. It’s large enough that I can put my billfold and other essentials inside.
I see items offered frequently on their website that are on sale. I can’t help myself, but want to look in there and see what they’re offering because some of their prices are really very good.
You can’t buy any other namebrand purse at such a reasonable price

Such great bargains such great quality you need to look in there. you’re gonna find something you want, you’re gonna find more than what you want, and you’re gonna find it almost impossible not make another purchase because the prices are so reasonable.
