The leather the bag is made of is soft and durable. The handle is very stiff and the shape of it isn't comfortable to carry. The strap for the crossbody is thin and stiff. It has a large, toothed metal zipper and it scratches my arm when I reach in. It will hold quite a bit but again, the handles make it uncomfortable if it's heavy.
