Good quality but small
I'm a medical student and I needed a bag for my clinical years. I was mislead by the "jet set" title. I thought it would be bigger. I wanted something that could hold my medical equipment, scrubs and my crocs for surgery rotations but this bag couldn't fit all that plus my crocs. I'd say it's roughly the same size as the coach gallery tote.

Pale gold tote
I love this purse. It is a beautiful gold color. I love the two large pockets in front. Holds my cell phone perfectly. Very roomy.

Coating came off straps.
Love the purse. But coating started peeling off of the straps. Sent customer service an email for warranty along with pic & order number. Now being asked for copy of receipt & pics again.
