Disappointed.
It’s obviously cute bag but so disappointed with the straps. They’re really stiff and it will literally flip the bag if you don’t carefully align the before carrying. Also my biggest pet peeve is the fact there’s still a dent in my bag. It’s been a few weeks and any shipping issues should have worked out already. It looks terrible.
