The fur fell out in a large patch on the back side of this purse. Very disappointing. I really wanted to love this.

Poorly made product
Loved the look of this purse. My daughter only used it twice. The fur coming off. We attempted to contact company to return but was told we could not. I just wanted to return and exchange for a different bag without the fur. As I don’t think this is made well at all. I guess they would rather lose a customer all together. Buyer beware!
