I never in my life received a purse in a bubble envelope. Are you kidding me. The amount of handling packages, throwing, squishing, crushing!!! When I unpacked the purse it has scratches that are not removable due to the mirror finish on the purse. This was by far the worse experience Ive ever had with Michael kors. And to top it off this was my Birthday gift! I'll rethink my purchase next time for sure. Beware ladies!
