Wrong size bag
The bag that was sent to me was a much smaller size than pictured or stated in the measurements. I am completely disappointed with customer service late response to my call and email, over a week later. I returned 3 bags and I am seriously considering never ordering from Michaelkors.com again. So sad!!

I was expecting it to be too large for my 5'1 frame but its not its good decent sized bag that will fit everything u need for ur day at work..or out shopping!
