If I could have given it zero stars, I would have! I cannot rate something that I never received. I ordered the medium satchel, bit I received a whole different purse. I contacted customer service to inform them and I was told that they would send me a code so that I can take the incorrect item to UPS to return to them. I asked if they were going to send me the correct purse and I was told that they couldn’t but they would refund me. I was told that I would have to place another order for the one that I originally purchased. I then asked, “what if it’s not the same price?” I was told that if the price is not the same that I would need to call back and they would honor the price. I feel that since the mistake was on their part that they should just send me the correct item without me having to place another order.
