Defective and used. Handles on backwards with movie ticket stubs in the pocket. This items needs to be recalled.

Handels on backwards!
I liked the purse at first, although it was a little small (so I'm not sure why the word LARGE is anywhere in the description) but then about 2 days later, I noticed that the handels where on backwards. I returned the purse but have yet to get a refund. Hopefully I will even though it was marked down, but still defective!

Nice size purse!
I bought this purse let week (online) and I received it very quickly. It's leather is very soft and I like the silver hardware. The only thing I would do is change the name from "large" to "medium". While the purse does hold A LOT of stuff, it is short and thick for the lack of a better word. Overall, I love MK and the value is amazing for the quality that you get! I'm a for ever fan!

Handles are on backwards!
Just got this for Christmas, and I initially loved this bag, but after further inspection, I noticed the handles are on backwards. Looks like this is an issue, as other reviews have reported the same problem. I'm trying to get in touch with customer service, but to no avail as of yet - every time I call, am told the wait is 25-55 min....so I keep trying again and again...we'll see what they say once I can get a hold of someone. I don't want to return it because it's so hard to find MK purses with silver hardware!
