Poor quality
My daughter bought me a MK purse for Mother’s Day I was so excited about having a MK purse for first time, however after using it for only couple of months the leather starting to COME OFF the corners of the purse, the sad thing is this not the purse I used on daily basis. I contacted the MK customer service they asked me to send pictures and receipt and I emailed the documents they requested, the day after they emailed me and said “Please be advised, the issue you are experiencing with your handbag is not considered a manufacturing defect as is caused by normal wear and tear.” And also they said if I wish to submit my purse for repair at my expense I may do so.
I do not know what kind of junk MK makes the purses from. But I would never ever buy another purse from MK.
my purse is similar to this purse, I wish I could attach the pictures so everyone could see how bad the purse look like after using it for very short time.

More orange in person
I was skeptical buying this as the color is "Mandarin" but appeared red in the photos. Definitely a deeper orange in person so I returned it.
