Not a fan
Boot’s upper portion is extremely thin and flimsy fake leather. Definitely not an attractive look on the leg.

Perfect for petite ladies!
For your reference I am 5 feet tall 105lb 42 year old woman and these boots fit perfectly around my skinny calves. I bought my usual 5.5 size and they fit perfectly. They look classy and elegant and go with all my winter dresses and also pants. Can be dressed up and down. Super versatile. If you are petite with skinny calves like me, go for it.
