Shoes ok
The shoes were okay, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed after wearing them. I wore them only once and quickly realized that they were hurting my big toe while walking. The size was correct, but something inside the shoe was rubbing against my toe and made them uncomfortable to wear.
What makes this even more frustrating is the return policy. Since the sole was slightly dirty after wearing them once, I’m unable to return them. I honestly don’t understand how customers are supposed to know whether a shoe fits comfortably if they can’t actually wear them and walk in them.
At this point, I’ll have to try to sell them for about half of what I paid. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing shoes from Michael Kors again unless they reconsider and improve their return policy
