Unremovable Smudge on Blue Metallic Section
I placed an order for this item and when I got it the blue metallic area was all smudged. I tried wiping it off and it DOES NOT COME OFF. I called customer service, and they were not helpful at all! I called 3 times in 1 day and no one seemed to help me. I asked for a supervisor, and they told me they were busy and they would put me on a list and call me in 24 to 48 hours. It's been 5 days!
