Always love my purchases!
I LOVE this purse!! I can always find a purse big enough but NOT bucket style at MK. Been a loyal MK owner for over 20 years now, with no regrets and no plans to change it.

Very disappointing experience.
The suede bag color did not match the photos on the website at all. In person the color looks washed out and much lighter, almost as if the suede was faded.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. My payment was taken immediately, but the order process took several weeks with multiple delays, tracking issues, and confusing updates. I returned the bag because the color was not as described, and the refund process also took time.
During this entire process I was never actually able to use the product, yet my money was held for weeks. After multiple emails, the situation remained confusing, and I was even asked to return items that had not yet arrived.
Because of this experience, I unfortunately lost the desire to purchase from this brand again.

Love the look of this bag. It has a lot of room and I love the secured zippered middle "pocket". One of my favorite MK bags.
