Sticky situation
I love this purse, it's the perfect size for me. The only thing I don't like is the zipper get's stuck sometimes.

Decent Bag
The bag is smaller than I expected for a large tote bag. I was also oblivious to the fact it was blue until it arrived, however that's on me for not paying attention. When I received the bag, the metal on the purse handles was super scratched and they were deep. I contacted customer service and their only suggestion was to return the bag and wait for another to come in the mail. I had already waited a week for this one to come in and my old purse was pretty beaten up, so that wasn't an option for me. Pretty disappointing since this is my first designer bag.
