Damaged box, bag missing
I was looking forward to receiving this bag, however, the tracking information said that the box was damaged and the bag was missing from it. Customer service was great…but I can’t review a bag I never received.

Lacking Functionality
This is a nice-looking, classically-styled bag. The closure is not my favorite. I feel certain my nails are going to scratch the finish from having to squeeze the release tabs. The outer pocket is slightly too small to accommodate my phone. I am only 5' 4" tall and 140 pounds and the chain strap is a bit too short to make this a true crossbody bag.
