It was sent to a wrong address. I contacted customer service, filed a claim and provided proof of shipping address but they refused to help and recommended filing a report with local police. I will never buy from this brand again!!

Unfortunately the bag is very stiff. Just doesn’t have the feel of real leather. Openings are small and difficult to fit much into.
