Missing strap.
I was excited about the bag. Beautiful. It arrived without the strap. I called customer service who told me I had to ship it back and order another one. I asked why they could not mail me a strap? Not their policy. I said reorder the bag and was told they were out. I asked if there was another in a store. Yes closest was 2 hrs away. I was going to make the trip, decided to call first and they did not have the bag. Not a good experience.
