Broken. HELP
Had this watch a couple years before the gold rings inside came loose and stop the hands from going around took it to 2 jerky stores said can’t fix not sure why can’t the just take those loose rings out? Anyway I’ve tried to open it myself and can’t figure out how to doesn’t snap open like other watches — any ideas how long is the warranty I love the watch sooooo many compliments. HELP

The watch is beautiful and very icy! I bought as a gift. When the watch was open noticed that the battery was dead. Don't they usually check those things before shipped?

Absolutely Gorgeous
I’ve owned this watch for several years. I bought one for my best friend who had just lost her husband and one for myself. It is substantial, nothing cheap about it at all. If you are sitting on the fence like I did, worried the pave’ stones will fall out….don’t. I haven’t lost one and neither has my friend. It’s still as shiny as day one and keeps time perfectly. My jeweler said it was a well made watch when I took it in for a battery change. It’s comfortable on your wrist, no sweating or pinching. It’s a little top heavy but I enjoy that. I just didn’t adjust the links in a loose bracelet fit , this one is a little more stable . It really is a masterpiece that has perfectly kept time, frequent hand washing and soapy dishwater hasn’t affected it at all. I certainly wouldn’t take a bath with it on but as tough as it is I’m sure it would come out shining. It just definitely makes a statement of glamour, it’s uplifting the minute you put it on. Compliments galore every time you wear it. It’s not for everyone but if you are looking for an absolute wow, well made timepiece, go for it. I absolutely love it!!!!
