Not What I Expected from Michael Kors
I ordered two Michael Kors bags, and unfortunately, both had the same issue: the front flap and hardware were noticeably misaligned and crooked. This was very disappointing, especially for a brand of this reputation. I spent a lot of time ordering and returning the items, and I did not expect this from Michael Kors. I hope they improve quality control in the future.
