This is my 3rd review, don't understand what happened to the first 2, regardless this bag looked so cute online. Great deminsions, pretty colors and then it arrived. I was pretty excited because all I buy is M K bags. First the zipper is a pain to open, second it needs an exterior pocket. The reason why I returned it was because the strap looked cheap and it wouldn't stay on my shoulder. I now know why it was priced at 150 whenIpurchasedit & now it's 111.00. I will still buy mk bag's, but this one was a disappointment
