Idk what this companies problem is I know specifically I do not purchase hand bags every year but I bet I have spent minimum of 6thousandbat ur stores and online, and I am treated like filth. I place an order Friday night I take overnight shipping I figured it would be sent out Sat nope... Then I talk to customer service Monday and they're rudenas all can be... I wait and I wait I specified where to deliver it to... Where the trick is it? Idk what you problem is with me but I spent 6hubsred something this time and what products do I get? Absolutely fricken nothing? I've attempted to call customer service they told me to wait a few days and try again... Nope I don't know what to do at this point I expect my money back... RIGHT NOW!

Disappointed
I bought the purse for my wife as a gift. She loves the bag but day 3 after having it she is walking with it on her shoulder and the clip on the shoulder strap breaks. The purse and everything in it hit the ground spilling everything out. When I looked online to try and find a replacement strap it doesn’t look like they sell replacements from what I’ve found. She really likes the bag but is not happy that it no longer has a matching shoulder strap to use.

Beautiful and practical purse
Nice outer leather, good structure, good storage (large inside and outside pockets), zipper closes the whole purse, so my stuff is protected in case my purse falls, if it rains or from pickpockets.
