The item is not the reason for 2 stars, but rather my experience with poor customer service. When using theat feature I asked about being charged $9.00 for shipping and was told I wasn't logged in as a VIP customer which is understandable. When asking if I have to return the item and purchase again I was asked for my name/address/order# and after hiving to pull up the order the customer service attendant said it was cancelled already and it would be 5 - 7 days before money is returned to my account. After saying they were vague before canceling my order is asked for his name and after giving I asked the number to call and the chat was closed without number or any type of closure. If this wasn't something my wife wanted I wouldn't have ordered again, but this is most definitely the last time I will order Michael Kors product. Terrible customer service experience!

Good quality but not enough card slots
The quality is great but personally after receiving it’s not even card slots for me, and they are extremely tight. I’ll likely never use the phone pocket. It’s kind of a bit bulkier than I like, but I was trying something new.
