Not happy with the purchase
I did ordered a gift for my wife on our Marriage anniversary for wool melton oversized coat in colour: merlot for order no.Z003682510 , it did arrived today on feb 5th 2024, to our surprise colour arrived as beige.
So we tried to return at MK outlet store in Winnipeg manitoba.
And the staff over there informed us that they were unable to override the price which is paid for overall for some reason.
I am reaching out to express that i am not very happy and satisfied with overall purchase with MK. It’s nothing but a hassle for me to purchase a gift for my wife on our anniversary, I am really feeling unpleasant with a shopping experience with MK. Never expected such a huge brand giving really bad experience to their valued customers.

Majorly oversized
Beautiful color but the size was huge. I am 5’3 125 lbs. I’m normally an extra small but this size was massive on me. The quality of the coat was good. It’s heavy and would be warm.

Slightly oversized for me. Returned!
This turned out to be slightly oversized for me so I had to return it. It was still a gorgeous wine colour. Too bad I picked the wrong size on a great deal price. Sad I couldn’t exchange it for the same price!
