I bought this shoe a while back for my mother, and I opened the box to check if all was fine. To my disappointment, there were visible black streaks across both shoes and the suede was messed up before even wearing it.

Weren't the color I was expecting. Seems lighter in person. However, still cute but not comfortable enough for all day wear. I've only worn them once. Maybe after they're broken in they will feel better
