This is a return item, I’m totally not happy with it. You can tell this purse was cleaned very hard because It could have lots of stains on it.

Looks like a fake
Yesterday I received my order # W957596364 and I am very disappointed. the bag came with traces of dirt, without anther, without protection on the locks. It all looks like a fake, not an original product. this is not my first purchase and I expected, as always, excellent quality, but the fact that I received really disappointed me.
