Not practical
I ordered this bag in the sand color. It is a beautiful bag to look at, but thats about it. The handle on the top is very awkward; when you wear the bag as a backpack the handle is big and just awkwardly sits there(not straight up, kind of falling). The bag isn't as big as I would have liked. Also not convenient to get your things in and out of the bag; you have to pull the string everytime and then pull it back to scrunch it back. Like I said earlier, beautiful bag but not practical at all.

Manufacturing defect
The backpack arrived with a manufacturer defect. I was shocked that such a reputable designer brand does not have a proper quality control. I received the backpack with the zipper pull tag attached inside out (MK logo facing down) on the left outside pocket. I did not want to deal with shipping it back and replacing. My husband fixed it for me. It ended up with a minor scratch on the zipper pull, which i can live with (it is probably just visible to me). The experience of getting a backpack with manufacturer defect from MK was disappointing....

Not happy
Not what Im hoping for. Since its an MK backpack im expecting it to be perfect but one of the buckle is not good and its too obvious!
