I realized from the first time that the straps are coming off very easily, but than one day I almost lost my wallet. The strap that tights up the purs doesn't close properly so I am pretty much walking around with an open bag. If I bent down my phone or my wallet will feel down. I called customers service and I was told that they cant do anything about this since it passed more than one month and since I start wearing it. Question is: How was I suppose to know this specific stile fall off your shoulders and you can easily lose your documents if by not wearing it?!? Im very disappointed, it is the first time I am dealing with a problem like this and I buy regularly MK. I asked to talk with a supervisor but due tu high volume of BS they can only contact me between 3-5 business days. I really want to return this product, I dont want to get rubbed or tu accidentally lose my documents.

Great backpack for the price and roomy enough for a minimalist user like me. I do not have any issues with the clasp or strap so far. Hoping I will not have any issue in the future. Yes, I recommend this product.

It does have card slots which is really really helpful, I didn't even know it had those so that's super cool! I am in love, its perfect for my vacations! I bought it even though most of the reviews say the straps unhook very easily, I haven't noticed this yet but in case it does happen and since I just need it as a backpack, I will probably just gorilla glue the hooks.

The straps and handle on this bag are poor quality! I have only had this bag since Christmas and no longer can use it!
