I was not satisfied at all! I was so in love with this bag when I first saw it online but nothing about it was as it looked online when I purchased it. The color was not what I expected & the leather was hard as rock. I thought it was more of a bronze color, kind of metallic & usually puff quilt bags are so much softer material. I was so excited about my bag, that I unwrapped it & right away put all my things in it (although I was not happy with the color) then I threw away all the packaging - therefore I couldn’t return it!!!

Faulty zipper, color not as pictured
Color is not as pictured. No shine, basic mushroom color. I had never bought a M Kors bag. Was excited to get one, but the zipper on this purse is always getting hung up. I am afraid it’s going to tear . Expected better quality from this bag .
