Straps don't work together
You cannot use the crossbody strap at all. You have to attach it to the same rings the small handles are on and when using the crossbody strap it causes the other handles to stick out sideways and it looks terrible. They refused to let me return so I'm stuck with a purse I can't really use. I will not purchase from them again.

Not the same
The color is not as vibrant as the picture. I received a very dull blue. Like a light wash denim. I’ve waited a long time to purchase and I’m disappointed.
