Bad Zipper quality

Low zipper quality in MK products
The dress looks pretty, which is why I gave it three stars. However, the zipper was broken and I need to return it. This is the third time I have purchased a dress or jacket from this brand with a broken zipper.

Studded mini dress
Love the dress looks beautiful on but the zipper is hard to pull down that’s why the four star. I put a little zipper wax on that seems to help, but not a wonderful design where the zipper sticks a lot. I just wanted to let you know the shipping was horrible! it took almost two weeks to even get the dress.
