Very disappointed
Just received this soho quilted leather bag charm today.The shipping was fast but…..sad to say i am so disappointed that this tiny little bag charm is either returned,used or has been on display.The tag that is attached to it is not the original and the chain is already been attached to the bag which means its used or displayed from store.usually when its brand new the chain is wrapped nicely and not attached to the bag.Not only that it has dirt inside and dusty.i have one of this soho quilted leather bag charm that i really like in dark berry color,it was brand new when i received it and everything was wrapped nicely even the chain and the hardware was wrapped with plastic,also it came with the original tag.somehow this one doesn’t.That is why i can tell the difference between brand new and used.Am not sure if the staff was not trained enough to be thorough when packaging an item to be sent to the customers who order it online.For this price on a mini purse,i was expecting it to be brand new as i can get a bigger purse for a lesser price.Not so happy for this purchase.When i tracked this package this bag came from edmonton.
