Pretty, but strange neck.
Nice dress, but the neck is a weird shaping for the dress. Easily go down a size as it a flowy dress.

Smocked Cotton Never Looked This Good
I love this dress! I love cotton in the summer & this dress is perfect. It is so light & airy, it has a light liner, it looks fantastic. The sleeves are beautiful & the tiers give a classy look the boxy fit. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc the neckline is a bit annoying... the entire dress is comfortable & a great summer night or cool afternoon outfit, but the neck is sort of like an accordion & is too much for summer. Even the long sleeves aren't an issue. The neckline should be somewhat lower & the dress would be excellent. I do understand the style & how it ties in to the dress' dynamics, but I it's okay, I still love it!
