Could have been great .
I hate this bag. It’s cumbersome, hard to open and close the main zipper. Wish I could return it but their return policy is not very flexible. I (obviously) took the tags off to use it and hated it from the minute I used it.

Poor construction
Bought this bag for Europe’s vacation recently. However, very dissatisfied with its construction. The top part so difficult to unzipped & the front pocket supposedly for iPhone too tight. It’s not worth the price for $220 ! Wish I could return but I lost the receipt 🥲

Hard to use with the zipper being under the flap. The chain is longer compared to the images. It’s frustrating considering how much u paid for it.

Where is my free gift wrap!
The product is good but I ordered it with free gift wrap for christmas gift and came with out free gift wrap. I called customer service but still did not get it.
I have more items coming with free gift wrapping and I hope it comes with it, otherwise I will be really disappointed.
