Disappointed
This backpack is aesthetically appealing for sure! I have already received many compliments on how cute it is from friends and passersby.
This backpack is not at all functional. The zipper on the front works okay, but the pocket cover makes it hard to retrieve items. The middle pocket zipper is an absolute nightmare to open. It's not easy, seamless, or quick. This is the part where there are multiple inside pockets, but each time I reach my hand in, I am cut by the zipper because the opening is too small. The back pocket is by far the easiest to open/close and access, so it is the pocket I have been using, but it's small and fits almost nothing. I'm disappointed to say the least. This is my 4th MK product, and up until now I have been happy with them. I will not be using this daily as intended and will have to continue my search for a functional backpack.
