WRONG COLOUR - DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE
I ordered the dress in the colour black. On the website, it shows up as black with gold chains, but what I received was black with silver chains. I ordered the dress again hoping I would get the right colour this time, and I got silver again. I spoke to customer service about a million times trying to get the correct dress with gold chains and they didn't fix the issue, just told me to return the silver chain dresses :(
