Bought this as its easier to carry than my underarm purse.
The bottom pocket is not super functional as it opens to a pocket not a compartment. I use it to keep my travel items: chap stick, nail file, hand sanitizer. I wish it was a full open pocket. It zips all the way around but not sure why as you cant use it.
The front zip pocket is the same way. I use it to keep my papers which works for me. not sure what else as its a huge flat pocket.
The main compartment has a lot of pockets on the sides which i love. I have one for my cell, my keys, my business cards and my badge. Its really deep as the bottom compartment is a pocket, per above. Only thing i don't like is the one zipper as i always have to keep to fully closed so no quick access. I see other people have this complaint as well.
Not sure why the tiny pocket gets two zippers, i guess for aesthetics, and not large compartment.
Overall its really functional and easy to carry. Have gotten a lot of compliments. Its stiff so its an adjustment to me since my last purse was a soft leather. No regrets on the purchase.
