Could not stand fur trim
The backpack itself was great, but the trim made it look cheap. It was returned the same day it arrived.

Beautiful, but almost impossible to use
Returned this since the openings anywhere weren't big enough or loose enough to function easily due to the material. Leather is too thick, paired with the shearling. Absolutely gorgeous everywhere, but unable to use. Also wish they used a double opening zipper for top/main compartments. Not sure how they expect constant use out of this. I don't expect the leather to morph/stretch since it's thick and trying to keep a pristine look vs worn out. Very small/tight openings. Bottom pocket, front pocket, can barely slip my fingers in. Largest compartment, cannot put much, but their tissue paper that's still a task to put in and out.

Perfect size
I bought this backpack so my fiance would stop bringing so many bags to separate her personal thing's while we were taking road trips. With this perfect size backpack with multiple pockets, now she only has 2 bag's instead of 4.
