buyers regret
i bought this item thinking that it was a perfect size for me, however its way too big it feels more like an overnight bag then an everyday use bag...and i tried to give it back but its a sale item and cannot return it. :(

Beautiful bag but bottom is quite rigid and big. Ackward to carry on shoulder but great if using for tote.
