Uncomforable strap
The bag is sturdy, but the strap is too stiff and digs into your shoulder. I wouldn't recommend carrying heavy items in it, as it becomes very uncomfortable.

Highly unsatisfied
Horrible customer service. They won’t do anything to help me. Used the bag twice and the straps are cracking and I haven’t been able to use it. Anybody else have an issue with their straps? No longer able to use the tote bag.
