Would be a perfect coat, but has an Achilles heel
Coat has great features -- zipper with storm placket / snap buttons, nice length hitting below the knee, zippered pockets (though they are on the shallow side), warm hood, good water resistance, and very flattering belted shape. However, it sacrifices warmth in that the insulation does not fully cover the coat. Under the arms and along the sides of the torso there is no insulation, but simply a thin layer of stretch material. That means that you end up losing a lot of heat from your core, and feeling chilly in temps below the 20s or 30s. TL:DR -- recommended based on style, with demerits for lack of warmth.

Warm and stylish
Bought this coat in size small on sale and omg I’m so happy I did. The coat is so stylish and warm. I love the feminine look and feel of the coat. It’s perfect for the east coast winters. The best feature is the thumb loops and the belt. It’s also very thick. The faux fur trim hood is a nice added touch.

This coat is absolutely everything! Its warm, comfortable, and stylish. Im only 4'11 so its just mid calf for me.
