I have received used shoes
I'm sooo disappointed Michael Kors service and product! I've just received today my shoes. They put in a box one used and one new shoe. The used one's sole is worn, staled, no tag and front of leather is lined. How can they send this kind of shoe!!! There are no option contact them. Even they website says online chat will be work until 4 pm it is not working now. A week ago I wrote mail and never received reply.
