It might have helped if they had been shipped in a box rather than plastic bag. Given what Michael Kors charges you'd think they would package their products better. Sadly I was forced to return the shoes. It's been two weeks since I've sent t them back and still no word from MK. On the whole, this has been a very dissatisfying experience.
