Dead Battery
The watch is absolutely gorgeous & I would have loved to have been able to wear it. Unfortunately, I could not because the battery was dead.

Didn’t work no response from customer service
I bought this as a graduation gift for my niece how embarrassing when she opened it and it did not run. I called customer service and was told I had to email that they only handled warranty repairs ( after being on hold 30 min only to be hung up on and then another 20 min to finally talk to someone that could not help). I emailed 6 days ago and still no response. I ordered from company because wanted a specific watch and did not want to risk a knock off from a third party but I have a watch that doesn’t work and no help resolving the issue.
