What Happened MK
I’ve noticed that the quality has changed; the color and material of the watch no longer match the high standards I’ve come to expect from the brand. Compared to an older MK watch I own, the new version feels and looks considerably cheaper, which is quite disappointing.
Additionally, I opted for in-store pickup, but it took over 48 hours to locate my order. I had to reach out to customer service for assistance, which added to the inconvenience.

Too delicate for words
Broke after 1 week. The screw just slipped out. I’ve had another thicker MK watch for 8 years. This one is thinner. But still very much so disappointed. I was able to return with no issues.
