Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissatisfied customer Item was ordered 12/24. Didn’t ship until 12/27. Everyday since shipping my delivery date has been pushed back by 1 day. I have not received this item. When customer service was contacted twice i was told to wait the next day. I would absolutely love to cancel this item, but for some reason customer service will not let me. Not satisfied with this company at all.

The day the package was supposed to be delivered It was returned back to the facility. I never got any compensation or relief from the situation in purchase it because it was a gift from someone for Christmas and Christmas passed. I wish I would have been notified on that the address was not correct when I did my order but my address was the same nothing was changed and then the day and the week of that it was supposed to be delivered no one called the phone number to tell me that it was wrong.i think you all should consider the expedition process for your watches as well. The website definitely needs updates.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute Statement Piece I enjoy the watch, but it’s not oversized to me. I have one of their other oversized watches and it doesn’t compare. However, buying this watch was out of my comfort zone, so there’s that. It does match really well to the outfit I paired it with though.
