These run nearly true to size just slightly on the short side, more on the narrow side as I have very narrow feet with high arches. I found the heel area larger and it slips because you can only tie the sneaker so tight. It has a larger opening than most sneakers. Quality control is an issue as the same sneaker fits differently- youtubers state size down, but dont do that, instead order two sizes and pick the correct one. My 7 fit more like a 6.5 and a 7.5 was exactly the same fit as the size 7. Given this fit issue you will need to try several pairs to get the correct fit. They are off by .5 or half size. They looks so bright and shinny (especially in bright sun and low lights. I had to give the full 5 stars even with the size issues. This glitter extreme clear sole is much heavier than the sneakers with the opaque sole (which are ultra light).
